About TCPAAA-Members	English (USA)
This is a distribution list for members and friends of the Texas Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association. It will be used to send information of interest from the TCPAAA Board and also the convention host cities. If you are subscribing your email address to the list on this page, _PLEASE include your name_ even though the program says it is optional and requires only the email address. Use of the Digest option is discouraged for several reasons: 1. The number of messages is very low so there is no point in using a digest. 2. Digests are delayed up to 24 hours because they accumulate the previous day's messages if there are any at all. 3. Some web mail programs will not display the individual messages in the digest and must download the .eml files to view. For example the new Yahoo webmail will not display them, but the old Yahoo webmail will. All members are set by default to moderated, so any attempt to post to the list will cause the message to be held for approval. Using TCPAAA-Members
To post a message to all the list members, send email to tcpaaa-members@tcpaaconvention.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to TCPAAA-Members
Subscribe to TCPAAA-Members by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
